Student Studio Agreement and Polices

Refund Policy:

A refund minus $50(classes) or $15(Workshops) will be given if requested up to one week before event start date. If requested within a week of class start date, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds are avaible on the day of or after a class/workshop begins.

Age Policy

Attendee must be 16 or older or have parental consent to sign up and participate in classes at Heirloom

General User Agreement

In choosing to participate in a event at Heirloom Ceramic Studio, I agree that for myself, my heirs, executors, and successors hereby completely and unconditionally release and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Heirloom Ceramic Studio and any representative thereof from and against any claims, costs, causes of action, expenses, judgments, and liabilities of any kind resulting from, arising out of, or in relation to my participation or involvement at Heirloom Ceramic Studio.  

Heirloom Ceramic Studio reserves the right, should we believe a participant's behavior or actions are damaging or disruptive for other students, members, or staff or are in violation of Heirloom Ceramic Studio policies, to remove the participant from the class, the studio, and other community events.
