What is your Cancellation Policy for classes and workshops?

Cancelation up to one week before your class/workshop will have a fee of $50 for 8-week courses and $15 for workshops. If cancellation occurs within one week or less of class start date, a maximum of 50% refund will be given.

The class I want to join is sold out, do you have a waitlist?

We do! If you find that the class you want to take is sold out, follow the sign up link to be registered on the waitlist. You can also email us at info@heirloomceramicstudio.com and we will add you to the waitlist.

Can I pre-register for a class or workshop?

We do not offer any pre-registration for classes and workshops. Our classes are first come first serve. Those signed up for our news letter will always get a full list of classes and workshops prior to their release.

When does registration open for classes?

Registration for the following round of classes will always open at 10am on the second Friday of the current 8-week class session.

Do you offer outside firings?

We do not currently offer outside firings services.

Is the Studio open to the public?

The studio is only accessible to those with access codes (Students and Members). If you wish to visit the space please email us to schedule and tour!

Can I bring a guest to work with me at the studio?

Guests are not currently allowed to work in the studio. Only those who are active students/members are allowed to use the facilities.

Do you offer children’s classes?

Heirloom Ceramic Studio is a 16+ private community studio. We do not currently offer classes for those under 16.

Can I book a private event?

We offer private events for groups of 4 or more people. Depending on the size of your group, you will be able to book out the classroom area or whole studio for the duration of your event.
